Caherlistrane GAA Membership

We invite you to become a member of Caherlistrane GAA Club, one of the oldest GAA clubs in County Galway, and your local GAA club. Whether you are a player, ex-player, parent, grandparent, brother, sister, friend, relative or supporter, there is a place for you in your local club. Our underage section Bord na nÓg has grown from strength to strength in recent years to over 250 players and a huge army of volunteer coaches.

We have 14+ teams underage to adult, with our senior team competing at the top level in Division 1. We have a dedicated ladies club which provides games for all ages from undersage through to adult. Alongside football we offer a range of facilities and activities that cater to the health, wellbeing and social fabric of our community.

We are dependant on the efforts of volunteers, supporters and sponsors to maintain the continued success and growth of our club. Caherlistrane GAA club is your club, your community and we ask you to play your part in its success and future. If you are interested in getting involved please contact us.

Our Parish - Your Parish

Being an active member of your parish GAA club is something that can give you a sense of belonging, lead to social interaction with those within your community and above all else give you and yours a lifetime of enjoyment.
If you are new to the area and are unsure what club or parish you belong to - feel free to contact us. In some instances the nearest pitch to you is not your parish pitch and it is important that young children begin to play with their parish club from the start of their playing careers.
We are always delighted to hear from people who are new to our area and who wish to become members.
